A corner site in Wilson garden Bangalore, a client that wanted a contemporary and unique design for a project that was part commercial and part retail!

Challenge accepted!

The building houses a large retail space on the ground floor, which had to attract walk-in customers from a distance. A curtain wall seemed just what the doctor ordered

The upper floors were to house office spaces, which were designed to project outward to incorporate slit windows. This combined with the cubism concept to certain parts projecting outward while other sank into the façade, created an eye catchy elevation

​

To make the commercial and the retail meet, the building houses a tastefully landscaped plaza which both shoppers and office goers both could enjoy.
